The woman carried a blanket covering what everyone assumed was a child into the hospital, but what she hid surprised everyone
Through her gesture, a 21-year-old woman named Shelby Hennick captured the attention of the entire globe. She is praised for the kind act she performed for her grandma, who is ill.
Because of the issues with her lungs, Shelby Hennick’s grandma was in the hospital in a critical state. Though she was awake, she was in discomfort, and her health was not very good. But she just missed her dog Patsy so much, the only thing that kept her fighting the illness
She was quite surprised and upset since dogs were not permitted at the hospital where she was receiving treatment.
That’s when her niece was planned a clever and creative strategy.
Shelby brought the dog from her grandmother’s house and covered him in a blanket. The vehicle journey helped the dog calm down and sit calmly under the blanket after he first became extremely anxious. Shelby was skilled at calming the puppy because she is a veterinarian.
Shelby walked confidently into the hospital while carrying Patsy covered in a blanket. Instead of a concealed dog, everyone assumed there was a baby behind the blanket.
When her niece walked into the room, the grandmother was amazed. She didn’t even have a hint as to what may be there. But when Shelby took the blanket off, Grandma’s joy at seeing her lovely dog again left her speechless. It was all she needed.

When their story was shared on Facebook, someone else claimed to have done the same for his grandpa.
“I did the same thing for my grandfather while he was in the hospital, although it was more difficult to get in with ours.”
